Jerry Masholder has provided the following records on the children of Lavina Wertz, 1850-1919, and Milton Ewing, 1844-1928 all born in Pulaski County, Indiana.    Jerry’s family records identify eleven children.

(1) Isadore “Dora” Ewing, born 18 Oct 1869; died 22 Feb. 1880, aged 10 years.

Anna Almeda Ewing, born 22 November 1872, died at Peru, Indiana after 1928.   She married on 4 March 1894 to Harmon Wilson.

(3) William Henry Ewing, born 16 May 1875; died 17 April 1934.   He was living in Winamac, Indiana in 1919 and in 1928; and is buried in the Winamac Cemetery.

(4) Edward Joseph Ewing, born 4 October 1879; died 2 October 1944.   He was also living in Winamac, Indiana in 1919 and in 1928.

(5) Ura (or Eura) Leota Ewing, born 26 March 1882.     She married William Klise before 1919; and by 1928 she was married to a Mr. Hinze.  She was also living in Winamac, Indiana in 1919 and in 1928.

(6) Harry Ewing, born 12 February 1884; died 10 August 1921 at Winamac, Indiana; buried in the Winamac Cemetery.

(7) Mary Luetta “Maime” Ewing,  born 17 January 1887.   She married a Mr. Beheler sometime between 1919 and 1928, and they moved to Kokomo, Indiana.

(8) George Otto Ewing, born 6 October 1888; died 7 November 1935.   He also was living in Winamac in 1919 and in 1928.

(9) Ralph Clay Ewing, born 30 October 1891, died June 1964 at the Bay Pines Veteran’s Hospital at St. Petersburg, Florida.   In 1919 he was living in Winamac; and in 1928 her was living in Paris, Indiana.     He had no children.

(10 & 11) Family records state that Lavina also had “unnamed twins, born 12 January 1897” who both died soon after their births.

Does anyone have any records of the siblings of Lavina Wertz Ewing that would tell us which “two sisters and a brother” survived her in 1919?
